Get help

Email support@tribalventuresgroup.com for application help, purchases, restore purchases, bug reporting, privacy questions, or requests concerning data you provided. Include the device model, operating-system version, HomeVault version, and a brief description. Do not email passwords, purchase credentials, receipt contents, serial numbers, photographs, or sensitive household information.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store purchases. HomeVault provides Restore Purchases in Plans. Billing, cancellation, payment-method, and refund requests may need to be completed through Apple.

Privacy and deletion

Build 1 does not operate a production HomeVault account or cloud inventory service. Contact support for privacy requests and help with applicable current or future deletion workflows.

Important limitation

HomeVault does not provide emergency services. Production identity, persistence, attachment storage, records, and trusted household subscription projection are not operational in Build 1.
